The instructors that provide input on the components of this website follow standards and guidelines presented by the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) and the American Heart Association (AHA). We follow Canadian guidelines in CPR and first aid certifications and standards (more information here).
The material posted on this website is for information purposes only. We encourage you to take a “Hands On” course with a a credible St Mark James training provider / provider. The providers that meet the highest guidelines and standards in your region can be found here. Only through “in person” courses with trained and experienced instructor will you be able to successfully learn and master skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, first aid and the use of automated external defibrillators (AED).
