Regina First Aid has the largest selection of certification programs in CPR and first aid in the area. CPR training courses have three levels, each level with a particular St Mark James certificate received. All levels include first aid and automated external defibrillation (AED) training. AEDs are machines that are hooked to the chest and detect heart rhythms.

Classes are spent honing different first aid and CPR skills such as chest compressions, providing rescue breaths, and variations of the choking rescues. A lot of class hours are spent letting the trainees practice their skills on the latest training equipment.

Stand-alone classes for CPR and first aid are available if the student does not want to enrol in the full training course. Private classes are usually taken by big groups of trainees and companies who request a separate training class.
